Suggest you visit either an MD or DO and have a proper exam of the area of concern. You could be experiencing what is termed notalgia paresthetica, a localized neuralgia over one shoulder blade, but this could represent a lingering area due to prior shingles. A chiropractor would not be expected to manage this.
