Not necesarily: You cite a heart rate and size in the normal range.A cord wrap is common and reason for good monitoring during labor.I have seen as many as 5 cord neck wraps in a kid eventually delivered c-section, the monitor giving ample warning to do so with good outcome. The obs i work with do stress tests if there is concern about placental blood flow before labor.If they pass ; kids growing they wait.
