I was pregnant and had acute neck spasms 2 weeks ago. last week i found out that my baby has no heartbeat, therefore my gynae had to to an erpc-this was done 30/10/2019. since yesterday i have bad pain on my right from my lower abdomen to my shoulder?

Exam advised: I recommend notifying your gynecologist as abdominal and shoulder discomfort may be due to some intraabdominal inflammation and the discomfort referred to the shoulder usually indicates irritation of the diaphragm by fluids and/or a inflammatory process.
