How did you see it: It is impossible to see the fluid in your ear without going to the doctor who used an otoscope to look in your ear. If you have fluid behind the tympanic membrane it is usually an infection in which a doctor would treat. If you got water in your ear while showering then flick it out and do not worry about it.
