Hi, i'm 22 years old, and monday my throat started being sore, and today i noticed a white bump on the roof of my mouth. What could it be? I'm worried

Viral infection: At this point the most likely explanation for your sore throat is a viral infection. A virus may also be the cause of the "white bump" you have noticed. If you develop other symptoms, including a high fever (t above 103) i would call your physician, but at this point best to ride it out for seven more days.
