Avoid caffeine!: As you can see, caffeine gives you a sore throat. It makes acid reflux and IBS and anxiety worse! So stop it for now. Get checked for H. pylori, which can cause GI symptoms. Lose weight to help reflux if you are overweight. Get therapy to help you control anxiety as best as you can. Good luck! Stay safe.
