See ophthalmologist: While the description of your vision is not sufficient to make a diagnosis, whatever the cause is serious enough to warrant immediate attention. This could be amaurosis fugal, which is loss of vision in one eye due to a temporary lack of blood flow to the retina; glaucoma, which is elevated pressures in the eye; detached retina. In any case, an ophthalmologist, eye md, can help make a diagnosis.

Depends: Given your ocular history, i would see your ophthalmologist. I'm not sure why you had laser, because vitreous hemorrhage itself is not an indication. The underlying cause could have been a retinal tear, perhaps. I've seen patients with the same symptom you're describing who are found to have a localized retinal detachment. Please see your doctor. Don't wait!
