Headache: Your symptoms are typical of a migraine headache. Such headaches typically have a trigger, in your case the hot shower, although in some persons it can be chocolate, chinese food, etc. The symptoms of nausea, pressure and pain on only one side of the head, etc. Are all typical of a migraine headache.
