Needs urinalysis: Need to get urinalysis to look for sugar in urine to rule out diabetes. This is most likely just normal bladder spasms or small bladder size. Very common problem . See dr.

Polyuria: Frequent trips to the bathroom is a possibly symptom of diabetes. If there is any concern of diabetes simple blood tests can determine if one has it. The question of a flatfoot is what is considered normal? Not all flat feet cause issues. If the foot is excessively flat you may want to consider orthotics. If there is pain you may want to consider orthotics. If there is a family hx, tx is good.
