2 out of 4: The extreme thirst and uribation can be signs of diabetes. The foot/toenail thing are not unless there is also an underlying infection. Regardless, she needs to be seen by a doctor.

Diabetes?: Diabetes is very difficult to diagnose in a 2 year old. The symptoms of increased thirst and increased urine output are worrisome. See requires an assessment and a blood sugar. She could have an alternative diagnosis such as a UTI. All the best.

Maybe your cutting: Them too close?? Is that possible.
Extreme thirst and frequent urination can be signs of diabetes.
Neuropathy or altered sensation can be present with diabetics, but usually this is burning, numbness or tingling not hyperesthesia.
