Spider bites: Spider bites are actually very rare in the usa. Unless you actually saw the spider and felt it bite you this may well be an MRSA skin lesion (boil) and that may require a trip to your doctor. You can apply moist heat for 15 minutes every 2 hours and see if it comes to a head, ruptures and drains, but it may still require antibiotics. Go soon and get better.
