UNFORTUNATELY NO: You can not test for asthma without medical exam.You can suspect asthma by the symptoms, but it has to be confirmed and treated by a doctor.

Why: The frequency of sudden death from asthma has not declined significantly in decades, in spite of great advances in treatments.If you have it & don't treat it, which requires a doc, you could die. If you don't an evaluation would at lease ease your worry.
