When i sneeze, i have a sharp pain in 1 spot on my left shoulder. it hurts right under the collarbone next to where the shoulder starts to form. it doesn't do it every time i sneeze, just violent 1s?

Muscle spasm?: Could simply be a muscle spasm that flares when you have a hard sneeze and stretch that part of your upper back. Can try some back stretches, otc muscle creams to rub the area, and treat yourself to a back massage to work out back spasms. See your doc if pain persists. Hope this helps!

I won't worry.: Likely muscle strain. Follow up with your dr if it worsens. Cover your nose when u sneeze to prevent the spread of germs (pun intended). Take care and god bless you!
