The problem is that this can spread to your shoes which can then re-infect you. #1 - wear clean socks every day. #2 - see your doctor or a podiatrist to have your feet looked at and possibly started on an antifungal medication. #3 - get from the pharmacy or your podiatrist a spray to use on all your shoes to kill any fungus.
