Something is bleedin: If you are young--say under 50--you likely have either hemmorrhoids or an anal fissure. If you're older or have a family history of colon cancer or polyps, you need a check.

Maybe piles: It could be haemorrhoids ( piles ) or fissure( cut ) around anus but there can be other sinister causes as well. Usually people who have piles or fissure have constipation and have pain when passing stools. Blood is on toilet paper or around stools .Best way to confirm diagnosis and exclude other causes is more history examination so please consult with your doctor.
