Of course you can: Yes that is the right spirit. Let your dr know your concerns and plan of action. That is very positive and constructive attitude. It is true that those meds may cause weight gain, but not always will; diet and exercise should be helpful. Best wishes.

Probably: Seroquel (quetiapine) is the worst offender of the to--many pts are able to off set cho craving with diet ; exercise.
