Anti-Depressants: Keep in mind that if you don't come off anti-depressants very slowly you can have significant negative effects. If you were not helped to titrate very slowly it many not mean you need to continue on these meds but did not lessen there use over enough time. Ask your doctor for clarification on this issue.
