Stop worrying: I'm a pathologist / lab physician and wish labs simply didn't report white cell percentages. This is a problem is, and only if, your absolute lymphocyte count is elevated far above the reference range. Since you sound like you had a chest cold when the labs were done, it's no surprise your lymphs were a bit up -- they were helping recover. The percentages fluctuate wildly even hour-to-your.
