My lymphocytes are 42.5 is that normal?

Percentage?: Lymphocytes and neutrophils fluctuate spectacularly over the short-term. Unless the absolute counts are very far from the reference range (which is set to include most but by no means all healthies), don't worry; i actually wish labs wouldn't even report percentages. If your lympocyte count is 42, 500 your physician would already have advised you about his/her concerns.
