Can you clarify?: The question didn't make it through clearly. Just because your brother died of cirrhosis doens't mean that you have it, let alone that you'll die of it. If this is an obsessive thought caused by the illness you've mentioned, then please get on some appropriate medication -- i don't see any listed. Life's hard enough without having terrible thoughts like this. Be kind to yourself.
