Back pain: Treatment depends on how long this has been going on. If less than 3 months, continue with anti inflammatory medication and heat. Consider talking to your doctor about physical therapy. If you had had this symptoms for over 3 months, talk to your doctor to discuss an MRI and possibly referral to a pain medicine doctor who can do some injections to help with the pain.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist. Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis. Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc. Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.
