Typically, you don't: If you have grave's than you have to monitor the fetus for a goiter during the 2nd trimester via ultrasound and the mother may need to be treated with additional Methimazole (antithyroid medication). If you have hashimoto's than you will have to monitor the mother's thyroid levels to make sure it is adequately replaced. You don't usually treat the antibody levels.
