Highly sensitive: It's possible you may be allergic to those kind of sprays, but more than likely you are just very sensitive - which means you react more easily to the strong scents. The only way to find out if you are allergic to something is to visit an allergist. If there are no allergies, than the only treatment option is avoidance of the irritating substances.
