Same as unexpired: I can not as a physician recommend any medications with an fda mandated expiry date, however us military sponsored a trial of > 100 different over the counter ; prescription tablets 15 years after expiry date and found them still to be effective. Thus Ibuprofen should be safe. Good luck.
