My friend overdosed on advil (ibuprofen) i need to know the side effects and how long it will take to get better?

Advil (ibuprofen) Overdose sx's: may include: headache, disorientation, mental status changes, hallucinations, ringing in ears, blurred vision, agitation, confusion, drowsiness, fainting, dizziness, seizures, coma, tremor, sweating, insomnia. GI Sx's - abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, loose stools or gastrointestinal bleeding. Minimal to no urine, rapid, slow or lack of breathing & irregular or slow heart rate.Can be fatal
