NIGHT TIME COUGH:: Many causes, e.g. Post nasal drip from sinus congestion, simple cold, asthma, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, etc. Because of weather changes, kids are getting more cold/viral illness with cough. Make sure he drinks enough fluid, avoid dairy for 4-5 days, keeps nose clean using saline nasal spray followed by gentle nose blowing. Honey is good for cough. Check with his pediatrician if not better.
