Possibly: If you are the one cleaning the litterbox then yes. The cat poop has the worm eggs in them, and if you get this on your hands or under the fingernails and then you forget to wash your hands before you eat, or if you are a "nail biter", then yes, it is possible to ingest the egg of the worm and become the new host.
