Rare: That would be incredibly rare. I can't think of any likely scenarois unless some small piece of tooth had been in there all that time and you now became immune deficient. Foreign bodies such as gravel can take a long time to surface.

No: If you were properly treated with oral antibiotics for a period of 5-7(usually amoxicillin-clavulanate is the drug of choice) and your vaccine status was up to date at the time of the bite(mainly for tetanus) and if the dog was vaccinated you should be fine.
