Infection?: Sounds like you have an infection going on near the front of your mouth. You definitely need to have a dentist look at this for a diagnosis or referral.

See your dentist: A proper exam will help to give you a diagnosis and then you can and your dentist can decide on the proper treatment for you. It can be an infection or other pathology that can be treated to alleviate your pain.
