See your ENT: You may or may not have an infection. Your ENT should examine you to determine whether or not you need antibiotics. If its allergies, antihistamines should help.

ENT would need to : An itchy ear does not necessarily mean you have an infection. Don't use q-tips and keep your ears dry while bathing or showering. See your ENT specialist for evaluation and recommendations.
