Exercise energetical: Try a short, high energy work out, rather than a slow, easy, low energy work out. You may want to make sure your md thinks its safe.

Proper breakfast: Look into high intensity interval training, but eating right is key. Try making your first meal a combination of protein and healthy fats (bacon and eggs without the carbs) . The best fats to use are medium chain triglycerides because your body uses them directly for energy and then shifts into fat burning. Also if you avoid carbs your Insulin levels stay low and that inhibits fat storage.
