Feedback loop: First, yes you can have physical anxiety symptoms without the emotional ones at the same time. Also, some people are very, very attuned to physical sensations -- amplifying these into dire or alarming concerns rather than simple sensations. Certainly symptoms like gerd deserve investigation ; treatment, but it sounds like your health anxiety needs help also. Psychologists can assist you!

Yes.: Anxiety can present with symptoms such as breathlessness, gas pains because they unconsciously hyperventilate and swallow air, chest pains that even simulate a heart attack, persistent worrying, tension headaches, muscle aches and pain and a variety of others. Do see your pcp to rule out other medical problems like thyroid disease that can cause these symptoms also.
