It might help: If conservative measures have failed and pain is unrelieved, scar revision surgery might be a good treatment choice.

Would need more : Detail and need to evaluate. Rather than asking here where we don't see your foot get a second opinoin in person with someone. Why do you have scar tissue? Want to rule out a nerve entrapment....
