Cholinegic urticaria: Most often in people with allergies, asthma, and atopic dermatitis but it can occur without these conditions. Rarely, it can be genetic. Taking a daily oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) capsule might avoid it - an allergist might help if that doesn't do it. Avoid all soap, use warm (not hot) water - try a bit of baby oil for scent. Don't scratch! that leads to infection and more woe than you want to ask for. Best!
