Yes, but...: Be very careful regarding dizziness, sleepiness/lethargy, and breathing. They will act together to increase these risks. And be sure to clear it with your own doctor as to the dose and how often you can do that.

Yes: The only real issue is the sedative effects of both. Some people find that individually they are mild but together they make you very very sleepy. Also both can lower blood pressure so be careful when getting up from bed or a chair, you suddenly feel dizzy. This is called ortho static hypotension.
