I think i have amoebas but i haven't been in any lakes or ponds or anything except the shower and its city water is it possible to get amoebas from it?

Many ways to get: I'm not sure why you think you have amoeba in particular. Intestinal parasites are very common but the symptoms are non-specific ; overlap so it's hard to distinguish between amoeba, giardia, blastocystis hominis etc. By symptoms. One can get some parasites (not amoeba) from city water but this is rare. It's more common from eating certain foods- see https://humaworm.Com/how_we_get_parasites.Html.
