I think i have overdose my dry eyes with overt the counter "redness relief" eye drop and now they are worse red. wht must i do?

Stop them: Use plain artificial tears instead. Visine and clear eyes contain vasoconstrictors that make your eyes less red by constricting the blood vessels. They are not good for you. They are physically addictive. Now, your eyes must go through a withdrawal period. Treat the underlying cause, and wait for your eyes to get better. See an eye md to see if there is more than dryness.

Red eyes: Stop the visine drops and use regular artificial tears frequently.
