No: I know of no evidence that turmeric will treat gynecomastia.

No: Tumeric is not a treatment. Weight loss, stopping any contributors to it (marijuana, bulking steroids, certain meds and yes some supplements) and then surgery (either direct excision or liposuction) are effective.
