Gynecomastia: I don' t believe that saw palmetto can cause gynecomastia but Lamictal and some of your drugs can cause gynecomastia.

May do: Gynecomastia is a known side effect of saw palmetto. Wonder why someone as young as you is considering saw palmetto which is used for benign prostate enlargement causing urinary obstruction. You may need to consider breast reduction surgery if your enlargement is significant in spite of possible need for weight reduction/obesity treatment.
