No: I sincerely doubt that the Flomax (tamsulosin) has any direct causal relationship with your yeast infections. Indirectly he may be feeling a lot better about his sexuality because he can urinate with a stronger stream. There may or may not be an emotional component to your problem. Twice in 25 years is not too bad. If it happens again ask your dr if they recommend treating your husband with an oral med.
