Not really....: Read the package insert from the pharmacy for more information, but I am not aware of those symptoms being common in men taking flomax (tamsulosin). The most worrisome side effect of Flomax (tamsulosin) and other Alpha blockers is orthostatic hypotension, which is low blood pressure upon changing positions.
