Abdominal Pain: Can be simple muscle spasm, ovarian cyst, gastro-intestinal cause or nothing worrisome. Many times people think of acute appendicitis when pain in right lower abdomen. Typical pain of appendicitis starts around belly button, then shifts to rt. Lower abdomen with associated symptoms of fever, vomiting, fowl breath etc. So, doesn't sound like appendix related.
