Pregnant?: Unfortunately, the first thing to rule out is pregnancy. She should be seen by her doctor who can listen to her, do an examination, possibly order some tests, then find out what's happening.

?ovarian cyst: An irregular cycle could be normal at 15.An abdominal ultrasound as well as a transabdominal pelvic ultrasound may show ovarian cyst which are not serious and get painful depending on when ovulation occurs.This can be easily treated with anti-inflammatories and sometimes with putting patients on birth control for a short while.
