No need to worry: As long as there is no bleeding and he has stopped crying and is awake and alert; and if there is no significant bruising and his skull and bones are not tender to the touch, then i would not worry. If he becomes irritable or drowsy or acts as if he is in pain, then it would be necessary for him to be seen in the emergency room. Best wishes.
