NB drug testing: I assume when you say 'clean' you are referring to drug free. First, we rarely test blood as a sample. We test urine, poop (the first stool called meconium), and actual umbilical cord tissue if there are indicators of possible drug exposure. Testing cords can detect exposure months ago. The only thing that might be negative with 3 weeks of abstinence is the urine - the cord and meconium will be +.
