A systolic murmur and thickening and doming of the pulmonary valve are consistent with pulmonic stenosis. If the pressure gradient is not severe, continued observation and antibiotic prophylaxis with dental and other procedures may be all that is needed. Be sure that the echo findings are consistent with mild stenosis. Discuss with the echo reader, cardiologist. The news is not necessarily bad.

I agree that the degree of severity should be followed by Cardiology. Your Pediatrician will discuss the next steps in the referral process. The weight and feeding pattern should be tracked closely Watch for signs of breathing difficulty and poor weight gain
