A member asked:

Having headaches in the temples. could that be an early sign of a vasculitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes but...: There are so many causes of headache of which many are felt in the temples, one of which causes is vasculitis. But vasculitis is a rare cause of headache. Most headaches in people with proven connective tissue disorders in fact are not due to cerebral vasculitis. Diagnostic tests exist which your neurologist may suggest for your headache work-up.
