Within limits, yes: You would not eat anything in isolation -- but along with healthy veggies, lean proteins, some fruits, complex carbs, and healthy other fats, eating some cheese would be okay. If you're overweight, consider amounts so that you don't overdo it. Walking for at least 15 minutes after meals can help your blood sugar levels too.
