Get it checked,,: At this point , it's hard to say what this is but it must be checked out and followed more closely. It is very important to discuss this with your doctor, run more tests, like a possible biopsy, and initiate the most appropriate treatment because it's clear that it is progressing. Best of luck.

Had a Chest CT scan, what does this all mean? Anything to worry about? Mild bilateral apical scarring. Calcified right upper lobe granuloma (4, 94). Calcified granulomas are also present (4, 172 and 129). Punctate right lower lobe nodule (4, 229)?
