Can you tell me what to do for newborns throwing up after feeding and it coming thru nasal passages and choking baby?

Clear the nose: Babies don't have good control when they vomit and the fluid can come out the nose or mouth. Clear his nose with the bulb syringe. You may be able to prevent some of the vomiting or spitting up by burping frequently, don't overfeed him, and hold him upright for a while after feeding to allow the feeds to settle.
